As the last part of the Gateway blueprint documentation we document the
process to onboard the mesh node on the border router using an Android
application as external commissioner.

To onboard a node to the OpenThread network we use a QR code that can be
scanned by the commissioner app. To generate the matching code to your
device we explain here the details on how top get the information and
generate the code.

To act as an OpenThread border router the Pi4 needs a compatible radio.
This commit adds documentaion how to build and flash the needed firmware
on the radio.

A fixup commit to the from the initial docs. Better placement for

I have seen situation where this service did not come up reliable.
Switching form oneshot to restart on-failure and also ensure service
dependency is clearly given.

The blueprint consist of a gateway and a mesh node which need different
images to be build. We cover hardware BoM, hardware setup as well as
building and flashing of the blueprint.

Various parts of the building and flashing process has been taken from
the vending Machine Blueprint to to harmonize the used language.

Details on network and services configuration will be in an extra file.
This allows the main focus to be on repoducing the BP and we keep the
details as follow up for modifications.

This blueprint is only using touchscreen for selection input,
there is no need to run this extra process.

This optimization makes the UI to appear a bit sooner and
should take less memory and resource usage.

This build configuration is not meant to be reused in other projects.
This means that we can avoid creating a new job for customizing
build-linux and build-zephyr scripts by just overriding them directly.

`repo sync` only updates the main oniro workspace while the blueprint
repository is handled separately. Add a line in each repo to clarify
that.
